RB2B Integration GuideOverviewThe RB2B integration allows you to bridge the gap between anonymous website traffic and actionable sales data. By connecting RB2B to Reachfast, you can automatically identify anonymous visitors on your website, enrich their contact details, and sync them directly into your lead lists.
How It Works
  1. Identification: RB2B detects an anonymous visitor on your site.
  2. Trigger: A webhook is sent from RB2B to Reachfast containing the visitor's LinkedIn profile URL.
  3. Enrichment: Reachfast automatically triggers an enrichment process to find contact details (email, phone, etc.).
  4. Organization: The contact is automatically added to your Default RB2B List within the Reachfast dashboard.
Setup InstructionsPhase 1: Generate your Webhook URL
  1. Log in to your Reachfast dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the RB2B section.
  4. Toggle the integration to Enabled.
  5. Copy the unique Webhook URL that is generated (it will appear once the integration is active).
Phase 2: Configure RB2B
  1. Log in to your RB2B Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Integrations from the main menu.
  3. Select Webhook.
  4. Paste the Reachfast Webhook URL you copied in Phase 1 into the endpoint field.
  5. Save your changes.
Data Management
  • Automatic Sync: Once enabled, this process is entirely hands-off. There is no need to manually upload CSVs for these visitors.
  • Default List: All contacts identified via this method are tagged and stored in the "Default RB2B List" in Lists section for easy filtering and export.
  • Credit Usage: Each successful enrichment follows your standard Reachfast Credits
Troubleshooting
  • Webhook Inactive: If the Integrations page shows "Integration disabled — webhook endpoint is inactive," ensure you have toggled the "Enable" switch.
  • Missing Contacts: Verify that the webhook URL in your RB2B dashboard exactly matches the URL provided in your Reachfast settings.
Note: For security purposes, never share your unique webhook URL publicly, as it allows external data to be posted directly to your account.
