How to report incorrect phone numbers

Here are the guidelines for reporting incorrect numbers and get your credits refunded(as part of our 100% accuracy guarantee). Only applicable if your plan offers 100% accuracy guarantee

Steps to report inccurate phone numbers: 

Step 1: Create a google sheet with name "Reachfast x <Your Company Name" Wrong Numbers" 

First Name,

Last Name,

Linkedin url

Phone Number

Reason why the number is wrong:

Step 2: Give owner access of this sheet to [email protected] and notify us. Owner access so we can invite our team members who'll verify the numbers provided by you

Step 3: Everytime you have a list of leads that you wish to report, keep adding them as sub-sheet(with title as DATE) to the same google sheet. DONOT CREATE a new google sheet each time you wish to report new phone numbers

What to report

• Report the phone numbers within 14 days of obtaining them
• A wrong person picks up the phone
• Switch off phone number(please report this after 5 days of getting the number and calling atleast 3-4 times)
• Report invalid or not-in-use phone numbers

• Not to report any phone numbers that are ringing
• Not to report any person who have an international phone number. For example, if the person is from USA, but since they live in france you got their france phone number instead of their past USA number
